Q2- Is my understanding correct that there is no needed wiring between the RF converter and the gate control panel?

A3-How does it work and is IT easy tot install? when IT works i van open my gate with my smart phone?
Q3-connect the converter with your wifi , 2 step for install easy . firstly ,leanning your remote in the app . second , programming the new remote ( your phone ) same as your original remote ,then you can put your remote into your smart phone and control your gate whenever and wherever you are.
Q4-Hello! If you do not touch the cell phone. When approaching the gate will they open?
A4-The device is design for control your gate for convenience for vistor . Also ,no worries about lost or broken the remotes anymore . but have to door open /close via the mobile phone app .
Q5-Why does it can't connect wifi ?
A5-here is the some reasons may lead to the wifi connect failed . please check .
a, please make sure that your wifi in good web good condition , a weak signal will effect the connection(Also NOt support 5G wifi)
b, please make sure your wifi passwork correct , make attention on the wifi password, uppercase and lowercase, spaces and special symbols
c，check the software version and update
d,deleted the software and install again , make sure some Authorization
Q6- I got the product , but why it doesn't connect the wifi /network , the status showed wifi connect fail，i reset the product and promiss the passwork 100% correct . i had been try many times.
A6- normally , it's the is the problem of router setting . the router did address filtering , block the access . so the app can not connect the device via the wifi
