Product Details

* There is a 4-wire system connection. Use a 4-core cable to connect the outdoor camera and monitor.

The maximum distance can reach 100 meters. Different distances and cables of different diameters are used. Please check the following to select the corresponding cable. (We will send you a 5-meter cable for testing, for a longer cable, you need to buy it yourself or contact us when installing)

* Multiple Ringtones-Switch freely

The 25 polyphonic ringtones can be switched freely, which is elegant and beautiful. The ringtone and volume can be adjusted to meet your original needs. No longer have to worry about not being able to hear the sound or hearing the sound too loud.

* Hands-free Two-way Intercom and Indoor Monitoring

When the visitor rings the bell, the monitor will be activated and display the image outside. Press the answer button, then you can talk to the outside world, press the answer button again to turn it off. If no button is pressed or no one answers the call after the call, the monitor will automatically turn off after the 60s.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
