Hogaki.com (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of creators and rights holders. This policy outlines how we handle allegations of infringement and how you can submit notices or counter-notices regarding content on our site.

Hogaki’s Role & Responsibilities

Hogaki acts as a platform connecting suppliers with customers. We do not manufacture or stock all products directly, but we maintain policies to ensure compliance and integrity. We reserve the right to disable listings or accounts that violate this policy.

How to Submit a Notice of Infringement

If you believe your copyright or trademark is infringed, please submit a notice via our Contact page or email us at info@hogaki.com. Include:

  • Your name, address, and contact information.
  • Description of the intellectual property you claim is infringed.
  • URLs of the alleged infringing material on Hogaki.
  • A statement affirming good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
  • Electronic signature or verification of identity.

Counter-Notice

If a listing is removed due to a claim, the affected party may submit a counter-notice. We will forward it to the original claimant. The removed material may be reinstated after 10 business days unless legal action is taken.

Repeat Infringement

We may terminate or restrict access to accounts that repeatedly violate intellectual property rights at our discretion.

Notice Withdrawal

If you submitted a notice and wish to withdraw it, send a written withdrawal with reference to your original notice (URLs, listing IDs, etc.). We will notify involved parties and consider restoring content where appropriate.
