5Steps

1:Download the APP( HDWIFICAM PRO ) in APP Store or Google Play.

2.Press the ON/OFF button about 3 seconds to turn on the camera.

3.Find and connect the camera wifi hotspot in your phone WLAN setting. Or, scan the camera QR Code and connect your home 2.4GHz wifi in the App Device Settings-WiFi Config.

4.Watch the live video.

5.If you want to save the video, format the micro SD card before using it.

1.Question:The camera cannot be charged!

Solution: Use the shorter charging cable in the package to charge the camera for 30 minutes。

2.Question:Unable to download the app!

Solution:Search for "HD WIFICAM PRO" in the Google App Store.

3.Question:Unsuccessful connection!

Mobile App Itallation

  1. Download and install HDWifiCamPro, 10s is downloaded in the Apple store, and Android system is searched in GooglePlay. For easyinstallation, please scan the QR code below to download HDWifCamPro installation. If your device cannot connect to GooglePlay, please scan the QR code of the APK below to download and install. Note: It is recommended to use the bilt-in browser or a third-party QR code scanning software to scan and download the App. The WeChat scan function does not support direct download and nstallation of App files.

                                                                     

  1. Point-to-point connection: Press and hold the power button on the top of the camera for 5 seconds. and then the red light will flash and flash,wait for about 10 seconds. Open the mobile WiFi list, connect to DBG-.... connect to DB....   1. Connect the camera remotely

After the point-to point split connection, open the APP and click

  1. Settings 2. WiFi settings. 3 Manage WiFi networks Select your Wi-Fi

network name (SSID), enter the Wi-Fi password, and press the finish button to connect. Note After saving. if the camera is in a WIFI network state, the camera will disconnect the current connection to try a new WIFI network, which will cause the camera in the App to be temporarily ofline for about 1 minute.

                                                               

common problem

  1. Why can't the APP search to detect the camera/cannot configure the network?

Answer: Please confirm that the device is connected normally,and check whether the APP use permission is restricted.

  1. How can i restore the camera to factory settings?

Answer: Please press the reset button of the camera for about 5 seconds until the camera restarts.

  1. Why is the image blurry?

Answer: Remove the protective film of the lens. If it is still not clear,please rotate the camera lens and focus. After focusing, a clear image can be obtained.
