Notice： E40 is a fixed-focus module without a focusing lens. If you rotate the inner lens, it will destroy the optical system.

Due to there being only a high-temperature resistant window protection sheet in the middle to protect the lens, which can be replaced. It has a very small focusing spot. Therefore, the optical density is very high, and it is easy to engrave metal and stone, and even cut thin metal sheets(very thin). Another important use of E40 is to cut hard materials less than 5mm and recommend 3mm, such as leather, MDF board, and cardboard, which is the design goal of this module.

In addition, when using E40 to cut hard materials, it is recommended that the air pressure above 30PSI, the air source of ordinary oil-water filter needs to clean the lens regularly, otherwise it will easily damage the window protection lens.
