1. Are the sensors waterproof?
Yes. The sensors are waterproof.
2. Are the sensors suitable for thermostat KT99, W1209, 6231A or 1210B, etc?
Sorry we can't help you choose sensors for your thermostat.
There are many different manufacturers of the thermostats. These thermostats uses NTC 10K sensors. But they don't tell buyers whether it is NTC B3435 10K, NTC B3950 10K or NTC B3380 10K, etc. If wrong sensors were used, the temperature deviation will get larger and larger as temperature changes. So it is very important to ensure that you order sensors with correct B value.
Sometimes, thermostats of the same model from different manufacturers even adopt different types of sensors. For example, model A from one manufacturer uses NTC B3950 10K sensor but model A from another manufacturer uses NTC B3435 10K. That is why we can't choose sensors for you.
Usually, the two most commonly adopted sensors are NTC B3950 10K and NTC B3435 10K sensors. If you can't tell which sensor is correct, you can buy both of them to have a try.
