During the patrol plan, the color of the checkpoint can be observed by cloud software. The green is patrolled, and the red is unpatrolled.
Early and late
Patrol employees who are earlier or later than planned will also be deemed to be on time and it will be shown in the patrol report.
Video parameter
Video recording time can be set in the software, ranging from 5 seconds to 60 seconds.
Replace device
If the phone is damaged but the APP does not expire, you can use the replacement device function to continue using the APP.

Media patrol data

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
