Q: Does this item support 4K?
A: No, it does not support 4K. The max resolution is 1080P@60Hz.
Q: How to connect the product to the computer?
A: The package contains a Type C to USB 3.0 cable and a USB 3.0-Type C adapter. You can connect to your computer's USB3.0 interface via Type C to USB 3.0 cable. In addition, It can be connected to the Type C interface of the computer through the adapter.
Q: Why does the product get hot when used? Is it dangerous?
