Q: Why can't the video intercom device connect to Tuya app？

A: Step 1: Check whether there is a network icon on the indoor unit interface. If there is no icon displayed, go to the background of the router to check whether our device is connected (recognize the MAC address). If there is an icon wifi icon displayed, it means that we The device is already connected to the router, skip to step 3 of step 3

Step 2: If our device is not visible on the router

1. Please power off and restart the router (do not restart our machine). If you can go online again, the problem will be solved and the result will be returned;

2. If it still can't go online after restarting, restart our device to see if it can go online, and return the result

Step 3: If our device can be seen on the router

1. Use your mobile phone to connect to the same router that is connected to our machine, and download and install the iNetTools APP on your mobile phone

2. Ping www.google.com on your mobile phone to see if it can be connected, and return the result;

3. Ping the Tuya server a2.tuyacn.com on your mobile phone to see if it can be connected, and return the result
