2. It is not recommended to use the Tuya cloud computer terminal to log in,
because the tuya smartlife web terminal is only suitable for H264 devices and runs slowly. H265 devices cannot be displayed on the Tuya web side.

4. It is not recommended to use a WiFi camera to connect to the DVR via wireless mode. Because the wifi camera signal is unstable, this causes the DVR to keep restarting.
For IP mode,must make sure your IP camera support Onvif,if not support ONVIF,can not search and connect.
5. If you find that the picture keeps flashing while watching on your mobile phone, please contact us and we will update the firmware for you. Only one Korean customer has been found to experience this type of problem so far.
6. At present, some customers in Russia have responded that the Tuya App cannot be downloaded on the mobile terminal. We recommend using smartlife. They are the same App. If you're worried about not being available on your phone,
