The dry single-plate electromagnetic clutch is mainly composed of a yoke, an armature, a spring plate, a rotor, a flange, etc. The magnetic yoke coil is energized to generate a magnetic field to attract the armature to generate friction torque to combine or brake the driven part, and a special shaped spring plate is used to reset. The product has a simple product structure with short braking delay time and large braking torque. It is suitable for occasions where timing bonding or brake positioning requirements are required in mechanical transmission systems, such as precision machine tools. This series of clutches can operate reliably under the following conditions
1. Work in dry conditions;
2. In the surrounding medium, there is no risk of explosion and no gas or conductive dust that can corrode metals and damage insulation.
3. The working environment temperature is -40~ + 150 ° C, and there must be no oil stains on the surface of the friction plate and armature, and it must be kept clean.
4. The insulation class is Class B, the protection class is IP23, and the voltage fluctuation range does not exceed + 5% and -15%.
5. The working air gap shall not exceed the maximum working air gap. The main and driven sides of the brake shall be fixed and no axial movement shall be allowed.
6. Installation method: axial horizontal installation, axial vertical installation, installation of the clutch must ensure that the coaxial is not greater than 0.1mm.
7. Working mode: intermittent work, continuous work.
