First, use
TQESC1 series and TQESC2 series electromagnetic clutches are used in transmission systems to achieve rapid integration and separation of active components and driven components, as well as variable speed, forward and reverse rotation, high-frequency operation, indexing, micro-movement, buffer start and braking, overload protection, etc. TQESB1 series electromagnetic brakes are used in transmission systems to achieve braking, brake maintenance, high-frequency operation, positioning, micro-movement, buffer braking, etc.
Second, structure and working principle
The TQESC1 series and TQESC2 series electromagnetic clutches are composed of three main components: the yoke assembly, the rotor assembly, and the armature assembly. According to the use, there are three types of armature assemblies, as shown in Figure 1. The TQESC2 series electromagnetic clutch is integrated by the yoke assembly and the rotor assembly by the bearing, as shown in Figure 2.

The TQESB1 series electromagnetic brake is composed of two main components: the yoke assembly and the armature assembly. According to the use situation, the armature assembly has three types, as shown in Figure 3

When the coil is energized, the armature is pressed against the friction plate on the rotor or brake yoke by electromagnetic force to achieve the combination of the active side and the driven side to transmit power. After the coil is powered off, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the armature returns to its original position with the help of the spring's recovery force. The armature is disengaged from the rotor or brake yoke, and the transmission power effect disappears.
Third, installation and adjustment
1, yoke installation
(1) To deal with the quasi-datum, ensure that the axis of the yoke is concentric with the axis and perpendicular to the datum, as shown in 4.
(2) Be careful not to damage the lead wire, and fix the lead wire during installation.
(3) Due to the presence of a magnetic field, non-magnetic materials are used to isolate magnetism.
(4) Due to the softer material, collisions and deformation should be prevented.

2, rotor installation
(1) Be careful not to hit the rotor with hard objects such as hammers. The outer circle and friction surface of the rotor are easily damaged, and the retaining ring must be carefully pushed in. Due to the soft material, it cannot be tilted.
(2), the rotor is installed in the allowable axial clearance from the yoke, the value is 0.8-1 mm.
(3) The rotor should rotate flexibly, and there should be no sticking in the axial and radial directions.

3, armature installation
(1), evenly tighten the screws, slowly, and apply a small amount of anti-loosening glue.
(2), the glue should not be too much, squeezed into the leaf spring, it will cause poor work.
4, air gap adjustment
(1) The clutch and brake torque are transmitted by friction, and if used for a long time, the friction surface will wear out and the gap will become larger. If the limit is exceeded, the performance will be reduced, and the gap will need to be adjusted. After adjustment, it will work normally again, as shown in Figure 6.
(2) The end faces of the yoke, rotor and armature components are machined with threaded holes to facilitate disassembly and assembly.
(3) After the air gap is adjusted, the air gap a value should conform to the sample parameters.

Four, control circuit
The operating voltage of the clutch brake is DC24V, and the voltage fluctuates between + 5% and 15%. The voltage is unstable, which will reduce the performance and cause the coil to heat up, causing serious burning.
2. The clutch and brake are arranged on the DC side, such as on the AC side, which will prolong the operation time.
3. Components such as resistors or diodes should be connected in parallel to prevent impact.
4. When using strong excitation, the resistance value should be adjusted. Otherwise, it is easy to burn.

Five, matters needing attention
1. It is easy to rust after being placed or drizzled with water for a long time, with slight rust, which does not hinder the use and can be used normally.
2. The friction plate can be cleaned with detergents such as ethanol by hand or sticking some grease, otherwise the rated torque will be reduced.
3. The friction pair is not fully running in, and the torque may be lower than the rated value. After proper operation, it can return to normal
Six, repair and maintenance
The clutch and brake should be in normal use and checked regularly to extend their lifespan and function.
1, check the items

(2) Is there any abnormal sound?
(3) Is there any abnormal fever?
(4) Is there any debris mixed between the friction plate and the armature, causing grease to adhere?
(5) Is the working air gap too large?
(6) Is the excitation voltage correct?
