Instructions to follow for replacing the cutter head

Using a screwdriver unscrew the existing steel cutter head

Carefully remove the steel cutter head and replace it with the desired cutter head.

Put the screw back and tighten the new steel cutter head to the handle using a screwdriver, please note the screw should fave to the cavity in the handle

Gently press the cutter head to check elasticity of the joint between the cutter head and handle (keep 1mm distance)

How to add oil to your glass cutter

Remove the metal ball head from the handle

Using a oil dropper fill the glass cutter with as much oil needed for current project or cutting session

Put back the metal ball to the head and close the head top.

Adjust the Metal ball head for a smooth oil yield

Glass Cutting Tips from TOLESA

When use glass cutter, Need to operated on a flat surface. It's better to try this a couple of times on a scrap piece of glass for practice.

Glass cutter actually scores the glass instead of cutting it.

Never score in a same place twice, otherwise the cutting wheel is easily damaged.

Glass cutter can not be used to cut high hardness objects, such as tempered glass, marble etc.

When cutting a mirror with our Glass Cutter, you have to score the glass side up rather than the foil side on the bottom,if you score the foil side,there is a chance it will only score the foil and not actually the glass.
