1. Make sure your camera is connected to a 2.4GHz network instead of a 5GHz network
2. Keep the doorbell within the router. Even if the router is close, thick doors or insulated doors can greatly reduce the strength of the wifi signal.
3. Please charge the device when receiving. Low power consumption can affect settings, or delay sending notifications to your phone.
4. Remove the insulation of the battery before use.
5. Cloud storage is off by default. So please remember to open it when you first install the app.
6. If you purchase a new SD card, please select a legal brand C10 SD card and format it before use.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
