1.Question: How to choose the correct controller according to the led strip type ?
Answer : ==Please do not use it in different voltage.
==5V USB controller must work with 5v led strip and 5v USB power. Do not use 5v usb controller with other volatge power led .
==12v dc controller can work with 12v-24v type led .
If you use 12v led strip with dc port controller ,you must use 12v power.If you use 24v led strip with dc port controller ,you must use 24v power. Do not use dc port controller with 5v power input ,which is not suitable.
2.Question:what is the difference between WiFi and zigbee ?
Answer : ==Wifi controller can use with your 2.4ghz wifi network directly ;The zigbee controller must work with zigbee hub or zigbee gateway ! If you do not have zigbee hub ,please buy wifi controller
3.Question:Can the zigbee type controller work with other zigbee 3.0 hub or zigbee bridge ?
Answer : == Yes ,it not only can work with tuya zigbee gateway ,but also it can work with other common zigbee 3.0 hub. APP type depends on what kind of zigbee bridge you had.
4.Question: what is the different between 4pin and 5pin ?

7.Question: What is the length of the light strip that the controller can connect to ?
Answer :== 5V USB type controller can max power it with 5M 30Leds totally 150pcs led chip ,power with 5v 2A usb adapter
DC port controller can max power with 4x5m 30leds/m 5050 led strip 12v type ,power with 12v 4-5A adapter.
Attention : The advertisement only sell the led controller ,do not have led strip or power adapter ,you need to purchase them individually.
8：Question:What if there is the volatge drop (that the brightness at bothd end is different, the light closed to the power source will be brighter than the other end. The other end brightness is less ) during use ?
Answer:== If connecting the DC connector controller to a lamp that is too long results in inconsistent brightness at both ends, it is due to voltage drop and not a controller issue. If the difference is not significant, it can be used directly.
If it's obvious,you only need to connect another power supply at the end to solve the problem.Power the light at both end.
