Main Functions:
1. Manual control : “open” “stop” “close”
2. Remote control : “open” “stop” “close” “lock” .
When press the “lock” key 3s, the remote control locked , the key of “open”& “close” can’t work until press the “stop” key. The remote control restore the original function.
3.Infrared anti-collision protection: In conjunction with the dedicated infrared control head, the door will stop automatically when the door encountered obstacles in the process of closing, and it will run in the opposite derection for 5 seconds and then stop. If the infrared anti-collision switch can’t detect the obstacles in the process of closing , the gate will go ahead. The type of infrared anti-collision switch is PNP / NO . which is the switch of the positive output NO signal. The brown line of switch is +12V , The blue is GND /COM , Black is the terminal of switch. ( our control board is combination with PNP / NO type of infrared anti-collision switch and also for NPN /NO type infrared anti-collision switch , but the connection is different of them .
4.Limit switch polarity selection: with DIP switch [2] can be chose NO limit and NC limit function. Factory default is NO limit.
5.Single and double limit selection function: with DIP switch [3] can be chose single limit and double limit function. Factory setting for double limit function. If you select single limit function, limit switch usually connect to V + 12V & Terminal of open limit .
6.The time protection cancel: This controller will automatically shut down after 120 seconds delay, which is mainly to prevent a limit switch from the protection after the failure . With DIP [1] could cancel the Time protection.
7.Infrared off : When the input voltage of the infrared port is higher than usual, the infrared anti-collision function is automatically removed, which is mainly to prevent the infrared sensor sense the solid column and can’t close the door.(Connection: The one infrared magnetic bar connect +12V , the another connect the terminal of infrared off.)
8.The connection of limit switch:
opening limit :one line of open limit magnetic bar connect the +12 V , the another connect terminal of open limit.
Closing limit: one line of Closing limit magnetic bar conect the +12V . the another connect the terminal of closing limit.
Learning push button of remote control:
Press the learning button (touch the button inside the host) indicator light to let go, and then press the remote control on any key within 5 seconds, then the indicator light flashes, said the remote control learning success.
Clear all the encoding method: hold the learning button for more than 8 seconds, it will clear all the remote control , if you need to re-equipped with remote control, according to the learning method to operate.
A host can be equipped with up to 50 remote control
