1. DIP Switches Operation:The 4 DIP switches are for adjusting signal strength. One DIP is for 5 times amplification. For example, in your test, if signal attenuation exists and images are not fine, please switch on the 1st DIP switch. If it is still not good, switch on the 2nd DIP in 5 minutes till the images are good.
2. The actual test performance may achieve higher than 1080P. Above test distance values are based on national standard cable. The onsite transmission distance also matters with cable quality, environment temperature, interference, etc.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
