1. Before connect to wifi (APP), please reset the controller, power on and off (take of the connector of power adapter) 3 times untill the strip flashing with red, that means reset successful.
2. Click the "+" on top right corner to add new devices, choose the "Lighting" "led strip".
3.Confirm the led strip quickly blinking with red.
4. Write the WiFi name and password of your home and waiting.
5. Connected.
6. The IR remote will take effect after connect to APP.

1. Q: When will ship the order?
A: I will send orders within 24hours ( about 48hours on weekend) when confirmed the payment.
2. Q: I didn't receive my order for a very long time, what should I do?
A: Please try to call or go to ask your local post office where it there with your tracking number, sometimes they need you to pick up.
3. Q: I got the package but it is not what I ordered inside, what should I do.
A: Please keep the pack bag and contact me at first, I will reply to you within 24hours(about 48hours on weekend).
4. Q: I got my order but it is damaged, what should I do?
A: If the outer packing is obviously damaged, please take a photo immediately and refuse to sign in, then contact me in time.
