Notice:
1. This waterproof IR camera casing is default for mounting size 90 array IR LED board, not traditional IR LED board.Size 90 is just a standard of camera case and it doesn't mean the IR LED board diameter is 90mm. LED board diameter should be smaller than actual camera size.
2. The case unit includes case parts, bracket and LED board, NOT including camera module, CCTV lens, cables, screws (M2), etc.
3. DIY CCTV camera parts are only sold to experienced users. If you are not familiar with CCTV camera assembly, we don't suggest you place order.
4. If you are not sure about the parts size to match each other, please consult us before you place orders.

Array LED IR Board Features:
1. Array IR LED PCB board for IR bullet camera casing (Please refer to our store for the 2pcs array LED board version for IR dome camera).
2. This LED board is for working with our designated camera casing model of array IR LED board.
3. Power supply exceeds DC 13V may greatly reduce the LEDs' service life.
4. Matching Lens:80 degrees - 4mm, 60 degrees - 6mm, 45 degrees - 8mm, 30 degrees - 12mm, 15 degrees ~ 16/25mm(Please leave message of your lens' angle of view so that we send the suitable LED board, or else, we will senddefault 60 degrees LED board for 6mm lensor send subject to stock.The default is normally the best configuration.) --- VERY IMPORTANT!

2. CCTV camera casing is different products from CCTV camera housing. Please refer to category "CCTV Housing & Bracket" for our housings. However, if you camerar is waterproof, you can install it outdoor directly without an additional outdoor housing.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
