1)What is the difference between 110v voltage, 220v voltage or 85-265v voltage?
-If you choose a 220V bulb, it can be used normally in most European countries. Brazil
(Currently the country and capital use 220V voltage.)
-For countries with a civil voltage of 110V, such as Brazil (Paraná, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro,
Bahia and Minas Gerais), the United States, Mexico, Japan, Canada, etc., please choose 110V voltage.
-When you buy an 85-265V bulb, it can be used worldwide.
2)What is the difference between a wifi verizon light bulb and a bluetooth verison light?
-The Bluetooth version of the bulb only supports Bluetooth connection. You can connect the bulb
via the Bluetooth of your phone. When used with Alexa Google Home, a Tuya Bluetooth gateway is required.(The gateway needs to be purchased separately)
-The wifi version supports 2.4ghz wifi, you can connect the light via wifi router or mobile
wifi hotspot, it supports alexa google, no hub required
3)Q:Why doesn't the light bulb light up when it's in the lamp socket?
A:Some lamp holders are not compatible with our products, so you can install the bulb in a different socket and check again
4)Q:Does the wifi version of the bulb support 5G Wifi channels router?
A:our wifi bulb only support 2.4ghz wifi channel and not support 5G . So when your wifi router has dual channels, you should switch it to 2.4ghz wifi channel and then connect our product.
5)Q:Does the bulb support both wifi and bluetooth?
A:There are two versions of this product, one is wifi version, the other is bluetooth version. When you choose the bluetooth versionbulb, it only supports bluetooth connection but not wifi.
