Answer: The front ahndle with code has very good waterproof rubber that can resist to rain, but the latch is not completely waterproof, which against water splashes is ok.

Answer: (open the metal cover) press and hold the initialization key on the back panel, and enter "000#"

Answer: Yes, it can connect with Google home and Alexa, but you need to order it with our gateway so it can work.
Question 4: can i use with power bank in emergency the power is dead?
Answer: Yes, there is external power supply interface, that you can charge it by power bank when the batteries run off.
