Our PTFE Membrane 0.25um Pore Size Strong Adhesive Filter Stickers Disc Tape for Mushroom Cultivation help in waterproof and resisting particles and corrosion while equalizing the pressure between internal and external the sealed enclosure.

1. Diameter:OD14mm ID 8MM , 0.25- 0.3um Pore size,Hydrophobic PTFE membrane ,waterproof and air exchange for Mushroom cultivation,best for mycology jar lid .

2. Strong adhesive:these synthetic filter stickers can be attached to the hole of mason jar lids and you need to clean and dry the surface before sticking filter patch

3.High temperture resistance:these disc filters feature outstanding heat resistance and pressure resistance, which can be applied to your autoclaves,press cooker and steam sterilizer.

4.High filter rate: these adhesive patches have a filtration rate of 99.97% ,can filter 0.3 μm object ,for gas exchange

2. Size /Shape customized

Sizes/ shapes can be customized according to customer' s product requirements .Normally we make it round (ID*OD), or rectangle.

Please note that we currently dispatch samples based on the size you select. Typically, we provide round adhesive-backed Membrane samples. If you require a custom size or shape, please feel free to reach out to us.

4. installation instruction

1) Use tweezers place the adhesive tape on the surface of the counterbore, and then press the patch against the mounting surface edge .

2) Press the rim after the adhesion for about 1.5s ;Don’t make any move on the membrane after adhesion until 24 hours.

4. Packing Details

1) In sheet or in Roll Packing in a PE bags and carton for outer packing

2) Carton Size: Customized or based on actual weight and volume.
