The ThermoPro TP06B Digital Probe Oven Roasting Thermometer is designed to either give you a reading of your ovens current temperature or can be inserted into meats being cooked in the oven. Ideal for indoor or outdoor cooking or roasting.
Thermometer Mode
Press MEAT to select meat type, which have been preset temperature according USDA doneness levels.
Choosing PROG and can preset the temperature you want.
Press TASTE to select the level of doneness for the meat type selected. RARE, MED RARE, MEDIUM, MED WELL and WELL DONE.
Timer Mode Display

Timer And temperature can be displayed at the same time, and no need to change the mode.
LCD Display
TP06B backlight will flash Blue once the temperature increases 15ºF.
