A: No, because these carpets are vacuum packed, the sponges become thinner and they have wrinkles, making the carpet fibers look less fluffy. Please lift the carpet and shake it vigorously a few times. It needs to be laid flat on the floor for one to two weeks to restore its original thickness
Q: How should I clean this carpet?
A: Please pick up the carpet and shake it a few times first. If cleaning in small areas, please hand wash, wipe, and rinse. You can use a shower head to rinse and pour in neutral laundry detergent, dehydrate it in the washing machine, and air dry it. And use a hair dryer to loosen the plush. Not machine washable (may cause carpet layering).
