Design and Components: MOSFET:
High temperature is a fatal problem for electronic products, to avoid high temperature and protect the components on the PCB, we used high quality MOSFET with TO-252 package, this MOSFET can bear the current of 30 Ampere, however, due to the limitation of the PCB size, the max current of this product is only 4 Ampere.
When it is working, if you touch the MOSFET, you will feel almost no heat at all.
On the other hand, this MOSFET has special process technology for high ESD（Electro-Static discharge）capability, which improves the protection level for this product.
MCU:
MCU is a component used to store software, we developed and designed the touch program by ourselves, this kind of program is exclusive to our company.
78L05:
The MCU can only work normally at 5V voltage, and this 78L05 component converts the 12V~24V input voltage to stable 5V voltage.
Touch Sensor:
This product has the high sensitivity, the sensor is built in the MCU, the PC cover thickness can reach 3mm. of course, the normal PC cover thickness is only around 1mm.
Anti-Reverse:
This is an anti-reverse diode, which is good protection for the product. Please rest assured for your use!
Without this diode, if you accidentally connect the positive and negative poles in reverse, the components on the PCB will be damaged right away.
Indicator:
One SMD0603 blue LED is designed inside the touch spring, which can be used as an indicator in the dark.
When the switch is on, the indicator is turned off. When the switch is off, the indicator is turned on.
How to remove indicator?
If you don’t want this blue LED indicator, please just follow the instruction below to remove the resistor.
