About the Phone APP (two different phone APP option)
This model is support Tuya or TT lock, please select which version you want.
Here is the different between the Tuya and TT lock
Only the TT lock version with gateway can work with the Alexa and Google Assistant.
Tuya (Smartlife) version:
Tuya version can connect to wifi direct, not need the gateway.
If want to unlock by Tuya APP, must press 9# frist in the lock keyboard that can sent out the Unlock Request
Noted: Tuya APP can not use the temporary now, and Push message in the phone APP when have the unlock request.
Set the timed password is no problem.
About the TT lock APP:
TT lock versio's lock is built-in Bluetooth, connect to the phone by Bluetooth.
If add a gateway can connect to wifi, so the Phone can control the lock remotely.
