Attention before purchase of Portable LED light
1. Some powerbanks don't have the low-voltage mode. Therefore, power of the LED light will be cut off automatically within several minutes or even tens of seconds, causing you unable to use this LED light perfectly. (For example, some PISEN or Xiaomi powerbanks don't have the low-voltage mode.) For powerbanks that support the low-voltage mode, you can enable it by consecutively pressing the switch of the powerbank. After the low-voltage mode is enabled, the frequency or the mode of the indicator lamp will change. For details, you can refer to the manual of the powerbank or consult the supplier of the powerbank.
2. Due to the difference of the batch of the LED light, or the difference of the PCB, the location of the LED beads will be different. Some beads may be consentrated in the front part of the LED light. This is not the quality problem.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
