Ⅳ.Barbecue function:
1. Fix plug-in sensor in the oven with a clamp for use of oven.
2. Place the meat on the grill.
3. Insert the food probe sensor into the center of the thickest part of the meat and keep it away from concentration area of bones or fat.
4. Keep probe sensor leads away from the flame and away from the grill before the shell is squeezed/crushed.
5. Place /hang the host away from the barbecue heat source.

Cleaning

★ Wash the tip of the metal probe with hot soapy water and dry it thoroughly.
★ It is forbidden to immerse the part of probe contacting the host into water during cleaning.
★ Wipe the host with wet cloth, and the main engine shall not be immersed in water.

Warning

▲ Contact the stainless steel probe sensor or wire with heat-resistant gloves during or after cooking. Do not touch them with bare hands.
▲ Keep stainless steel probe sensors and wires away from children.
▲ Clean the stainless steel probe and dry it thoroughly after use.
▲ Do not immerse it in water.
▲ Do not expose the stainless steel probe plug or socket to water or any liqid, oherie, it will resut in poor connections and incorrect readings.
▲ Keep the host away from open fre or hot surface.
▲ The temperature tester shows the minimum temperature of -20℉(-4℃) and the maximum tmperaure of 572℉(300℃) LLL is diplayed below -4℉ and HHH is dispayed above 572℉.Do not use stainless steel probe sensors above 572℉. Otherwise, the wire will be damaged.
▲ It is prohibited to be used by chidren aged 12 and under.
