1) What is the warranty?
All our machine are 180 days warranty for Non Human Factor problem. We will provide free accessories for changing .If it is Human Factor problem, we will provide repair suggestions or necessary spare accessories(not free)
2) Does This machine can make Imperial thtread?
The standard machine can only make metrical thread.But choose our 7pcs imperial gear set can make our WM210 Lathe machine process imperial thread.
3) What is the most suitable turning tool size? 10*10mm or 12*12mm?
12*12mm tool is 1.7mm higher than the spindle center line,10*10mm is a little lower than the spindle center line. Therefore we put a tool block together with 10*10mm tool,so that it will just same height with machine center line.
4) How can I use 12*12mm tool?
If you do not want to grind turning tool, you can use our Quick Change Tool Holder to replace the normal tool holder,so that the 12*12 tool is same height with machine center.
5) Does the machine package is strong enough?
Yes,we do our best to package our machine well, but we cannot avoid all the damage risk during transport,but we will responsible for any damage problem during transport,please contact with us within 3 days after you receive the parcel,if your machine is got broken during transport.
