Please activate DuPont membrane before use:

Fill the glass with 9/10 of drinking water, start the hydrogen production once in 15 minutes mode, then do not open the lid, put it for 8~10 hours, then the DuPont N117 membrane will be activated successfully.

Customer Query 6: When working, the generator hisses, the lid is not hermetic. Is there someone who works that way, it's not a

Bluevida Answer: This is normal, it is the sound of bubbles generated by the hydrogen generator. In the lid and also at the bottle base,there is a silicone seal ring inside,please re-assemble the silicone seal ring to make sure the bottle is complete airtight.

Customer Query 8: The test instrument can only test the hydrogen content below 2000ppb. How to test the content above 2000ppb?
Bluevida Answer: We recommend to use Japanese MIZ blue drop and TRUSTLEX ENH-2000 instrument. The cheap instruments on the market such as YY-400 can only test ORP value, not hydrogen content, because YY-400 does not have a precision probe, it gets hydrogen content value by analog calculation, i.e.: Hydrogen content = -ORP*2. For example, if YY-400 tests ORP=-450mV, then its hydrogen content will show about 900ppb range value. So YY-400 is not accurate and is not recommended.
