Lamp sockets and drop wires/ground wires: CE or UL verified. b. Electrical plugs (if applicable): EU/UK/US/AU types. c. Lamp socket type: E26/E27 or others (E26 to replace E27 for US, Canada, Japan etc). d. Voltage: 110V or 220V. e. Ceiling roses (if applicable): Ceiling roses we prepared for US/Canada customers must with at least 12 cm diameter. f. Bulbs: We offer complimentary bulbs for some lamps, but we are not able to provide guarantee or replacement on those bulbs. g. Cord: If need longer cord, please feel free to leave a message or remark inside of order, for example, "Need 2m cord". If need longer hanging metal rods or chain, please contact us for detail. 2. Received Damaged Goods. If you received products damaged in transit, please don't worry, please contact us directly, we will redeliver a new lamp / part to you. We will appreciate your understanding if you can let us solve problem for you than giving us a negative evaluation or running dispute case if you got a damaged product. 3. Please Note: Tax and any custom charges are not included in the price. Normally there will be no tax to Russia, USA, Asia countries. Usual we declare the mininum value to avoid custom tax. But due to the different policies in different countries, there might be custom tax that should be paid by buyers. All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
