Q1. Can I have a sample order for this item?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What about the delivery time?
A: Sample order needs 3-5 days.


Q3. How do you shipping the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 7-15 days to arrive. Airline and shipping by sea are also optional.

Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit for order?
A: 1 roll air cushion film for sample checking is available.

Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on air cushion film or air cushion machine ?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q6: How to deal with the faulty product in the cushion film?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, we will add additional number on your formal order number in case of defect products.


Q7: How long the air cushion bag keep its protection performance?

A: After inflating, the air cushion bag can keep air and provide cushioning protection in 1 months. 

The air column bag can keep air and provide cushioning protection in 3 months.

Q8. How to proceed an order for air column bag?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange and ship the production.


Q9: Do you accept custom design of air column bag for special product?

A: Yes. Please consult our service team for further information. We need more item information to design custom air bags for you. 


Q10: If I don’t know how to use the air cushion machine or there are something wrong with the machine, what should I do?

A: If you don’t know how to use the machine, please contact us, we will send you manual and operation video of the machine to help you. If there are something wrong with the machine, please let us know, we will offer after-sale service to you.

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
