Shipping and Returns

Returns and refunds
1. If you would like to return your product, you must contact us within 7 days and return the package within 30 days of the date you received it. If the item is in your possession for more than 7 days, it is considered used and no refunds or replacements will be issued. The shipping costs for returns are split 50/50 between the buyer and seller.
2. All returned items must be returned in their original packaging, and buyers must provide us with the shipment tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your purchase order.
3. We will refund the full amount on receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging, with all components and accessories included, after both buyer and seller cancel the transaction on Hogaki. Alternatively, you may choose to be sent a replacement product.

Warranty
1. When opening the package, please be careful not to pull the wires hard, as this may result in poor connection.
2. Do not power up until assembly is complete, make sure that all wires are properly connected in accordance with the product manual and that the base is securely mounted to the ceiling.
3. We recommend that you have a professional to install it.
4.Warranty and After-sales Service 1 year warranty. We have our own factory and professional engineer team. We always adhere to the principle of customer first, if you have any questions about products or services, please feel free to contact us, we will give you the most satisfactory solution.
5.The product is covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s limited warranty if it's defective (not including items damaged or misused after receipt).
6. Defective items must be reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. We will not repair or replace items if the warranty is expired.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
