When you Received the light bulb and check whether it can light up, if not, please check your lamp holder, or replace the lamp holder with a new one,  most bulbs that cannot light up are due to the light base not adapting the lamp holder. Every bulbs are checked carefully before shiping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
