How to peel fruits and vegetables:
Place the food in the center of the lower food rack and press gently
Lower the top food rack so that it can clamp and hold food firmly
Using the height adjustment lever, lift the cutting arm so that it rests against the food to be peeled. WARNING: Do not reach for a knife...... It's very sharp!
Gently press the top food rack and press the power button. The skin peels off in a clean, continuous curl
How to remove peeled food:
Lift the top food rack of the food and lift it to the top of the support column.
Grasp the food and gently rock the food back and forth, pulling the food away from the bottom food container towards you. Don't pull fruits or vegetables straight up from the bottom food shelf. You don't want to accidentally swing your hand to the stand peg. WARNING: Do not reach for a knife...... It is very sharp.
Use a small plastic knife to remove all the deep potato eyes. Use the same knife to remove blemishes from fruits and vegetables
