Please read the following content in detail.
1. We will ship as Ceiling Mounted, traight track, Middle Open in default, If the buyer does not leave a message and does not communicate with the seller, the customized track will be reduced by 2CM-4CM by default, so that the buyer has room to install. Example: 3.5m or less (the specific length of the track is 3.46m)
2. Here this link for finished track with all accessories for ceiling mounted,does not include a motor
3. Pls install slip parts assemble before operating track. Don't install motor to track untill you can operate track smoothly manuall. Or belt may be destroyed.
4. Subject to logistics rules, we will cut the track to a maximum of one meter and send it in sections. Buyers need to install it by themselves. The default logistics is international express delivery DHL, EMS, Cainiao Heavy Parcel Line.
5. If you need U type or L type curtain track, pls also let us know, we can customize.Currently only 90°and 135° U-shapes are supported.
6. Usually ,We will reduce customs declaration fees,track may produce a little customs fee and it is paid by your side. Keep your phone through after you order,very important!

1. Measure and confirm the length of track as the picture show.
Buyers need to consider the installation space of the track, need to leave 2CM-4CM installation space

4. How to choose and place order: If you need 2.65M track, pls choose 2.7M version;if you choose 2.5M*2pcs,we will ship you 2pcs 2.5m track instead of 1pcs 5m track.
5. Leave message after order like this:my order is 2.85M, Ceiling Mount,Middle Open,for aqara motor,if no message, we will ship you Ceiling installing, Middle Open in default
6. If you choose Wall Mount, order wall mount bracket separately by the link, normally 1m track need 2pcs wall mount bracket.
