2. Application
This machine is a perfect plastic bag sealing machine, which can be conveniently used to package a variety of tea, candy, food, general merchandise, stationery and medicines.
3. How to use
This unit does not use a power switch. Insert the AC power cord into the socket and adjust the heating time according to the thickness of the material to be sealed. By placing the plastic on the sealing surface and then pressing the foot pedal, the circuit automatically controls the heating time. When the light is off, the power is automatically turned off. After about 1-2 seconds, release the pedals and seal them.
If the sealing time is broken, it is because the heating time is too long. Please turn the knob counterclockwise to shorten the heating time.
If the seal is not strong, it is because the heating time is too short. Rotate the knob clockwise to extend the heating time.
If the plastic bag is stuck to the rubber platen, the cooling time is not enough, and the cooling time after the lamp is turned off must be extended. Please release the handle a little later.
After the heating time is adjusted, it should remain unchanged during use. No further adjustments are required for continuous use.
This unit can always plug the AC power cord into the power socket and does not consume power when it is not sealed.
4. Notes
Always keep the sealing surface clean and avoid any residue on the sealing surface.
Do not wipe the sealing surface with a damp cloth.
If the gasket under the electric heating belt is damaged, it will cause a short circuit and damage the electric heating belt. Therefore, each time the heating cable is replaced, the gasket should be inspected. Replace the new one if it is damaged.
It is necessary to use the electric heating belt with the same specifications when it is necessary to change the electricity.
Check the rubber pressure plate after using it for a long time. Damage to the rubber platen will affect the quality of the seal.
