Q1: why the picture is not clear ?
Please wipe the endoscope camera with a clean cloth first, and then adjust the distance from the camera to the object being viewed. The best viewing distance for this endoscope is 3-8cm. Do not move the lens during observation. With 6 LED lights, when you use the area is dark, please adjust the LED lights to the maximum! Please note that this is a close focus product, please adjust the viewing distance to the focal length of the camera, and then the picture will be clearer!
Q2: Why is there no image?
Please check whether the mobile phone model has the function to support this endoscope? Please download and install the APP in the user manual on your mobile phone; please turn on the OTG function in the mobile phone settings, and ensure that the mobile phone has permission to access the external camera. If you do not have the OTG function and access to the external camera, you can choose the WIFI endoscope.
Q3: Can this endoscope be used on water?
This endoscope uses waterproof glue, but it is not a product for underwater use, so the factory will not do a full waterproof inspection. Because the underwater pressure is different, it is not recommended to directly immerse it in water.
Q4: How to connect the endoscope to the Android phone?
1. Scan the APP on the user manual with the mobile phone, download and install the APP.
2. Turn on the OTG function in the phone settings.
3. Turn on the endoscope LED light and adjust the light.
4. View the image.
