1.Description:

4.Note:

1).The power of induction heating is very large.In addition to the heat generated by the board and components,the heat generated by the copper tube is also very large.Buyers can bring their own water cooling system,they can buy a small water pump and a rubber water pipe with an inner diameter of about 2 meters and 4mm.

2).You must pay attention when using a switching power supply,because high-power switching power supplies generally have a slow-start function,that is,the output voltage rises slowly at the beginning,and if the induction heating circuit is turned on before the voltage rises to 10V,it will be because the voltage is not enough As a result,the circuit does not vibrate,so that the two MOS tubes are turned on at the same time and the components are burned.Therefore,the induction heating circuit must be connected after the switching power supply voltage is stable.

3).When heating metal objects,try not to heat too large metal,otherwise it may be dangerous due to power overload;it is better to add a 50A fuse or ammeter and air switch when using it.

4).Although this driver board can withstand currents above 50A,in order to prevent accidents and damage,it is recommended not to exceed 48V55A for long-term continuous work.

5).The built-in heating coil of the module has a diameter of 60mm and a design voltage of 86V.If you use a voltage above 40V,you must use a heating coil with an inner diameter of 60mm or more.The water pump uses a 12V DC power supply.Please use a voltage stabilizer module to supply power separately to avoid burning the fan and water pump.

6).For induction heating,the standard winding with 10 turns of 60mm inner diameter should be used,otherwise it may cause burning problems.

7).The minimum input voltage of this module of 12V does not mean that all 12V power supplies can be used.Some novice buyers use power supplies with lower power.The specific voltage and current requirements of this module are required.

8).The voltage 12V and the current must be above 10A before the power supply can be used.If the power of the power supply is too low,the actual output voltage of the power supply will be greatly reduced when the power is output.When the voltage is lower than 12V,it will cause the two MOS tubes to be turned on at the same time.It will burn out the MOS tube.

9).The board should not be unloaded,otherwise it will emit high-frequency noise,and then the MOS tube will heat up and burn out.
