Why can't the fan light be installed on hanging wires?


Three-phase motors must overcome various resistances during startup, including static friction, inertia, and external resistance. Installing the fan light on hanging wires introduces additional vibration and instability, which can disrupt the motor's normal startup and operation.

  1. Difficulty in Startup: Three-phase motors initiate rotation by inducing current in the rotor through the rotating magnetic field generated by the stator. When the motor is installed on hanging wires, the increased inertia and static friction during startup can make it challenging for the motor to begin operating smoothly.
  2. Dynamic Balance Issues: Motors require stable mechanical and electrical conditions to operate effectively and avoid vibration and instability. The instability caused by hanging wires can lead to increased vibrations and noise during operation, negatively impacting the fan light's performance as well as the longevity and safety of both the motor and its installation structure.

Therefore, to ensure the safe and effective operation of the fan light, it is recommended to install it on a stable support structure, avoiding the adverse effects associated with hanging wires.


Additionally, for safety reasons, the fan light is equipped with a self-protection program. If the motor experiences excessive shaking, it will automatically prevent normal operation to safeguard against damage.
