There are quite a number of shipping methods available on Hogaki, many of them suck. We say this because being a seller for so many years, many customers feedback to us that they love our products, but hate the shipping. Let me clarify here, as much as we want to give our customers the freedom to choose the shipping method of their choice, we MUST remind everyone that shipping fee usually equates to shipping efficiency and service quality of the shipping companies. Based on data collected over 4 years, "Hogaki Standard Shipping" has the best service and shipping efficiency to most countries around the world. Other shipping methods? Nowhere near Hogaki Standard Shipping.
We experienced many instances where buyers choose a cheap shipping method, and demanded an efficiency equal to that of Hogaki Standard Shipping. Technically, that is not possible, because cheap shipping methods are operated by cheap shipping companies that use lousy transportation methods and have a tendency to lose a fraction of the parcels during the delivery process.
To keep the message short: Choose a good shipping method to ensure the parcel is protected along the way from our warehouse to your home. It may cost a little more, but definitely worth it. That said, we are still a democracy you know... we will still respect your decision if you choose other shipping methods ;)=

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
