*The kettle is a new product that has just been produced . Therefore, the product may have some odor. But don't worry. Usually, the kettle is ventilated for about 1~2 day and the smell naturally disappears..

*If you want to select the keep-warm function, press the keep-warm button and set the temperature you want to keep warm like 60° C, then the water can be kept around 60 ° C.( When the water temperature is lowered, it will automatically heat up to 60 °C.. If no action is taken for  2 hours under the keep-warm mode, the kettle will switch off.

* There is a deviation of about 3° C between the displayed temperature and the real temperature.

*Please clean with citric acid or vinegar can be used to wash to any remove mineral build up that may have occurred.

*The water inside the kettle can't higher than the maximum water level scale, and also can't lower than the minimum water level scale when boiling water. Otherwise the kettle does not heat up the water at a desirable level.
