Unlike conventional spray guns, an HVLP Spray system utilizes a lightweight air turbine rather than a large air compressor to supply the air to atomize the paint. Being lightweight they are highly portable and won't break your back carrying them around the site! With HVLP Spray Guns the air is supplied at a much lower pressure which means that the amount of overspray is substantially reduced as it is propelled towards the object you are painting at a much lower speed than with conventional air spray.
How to choose the 4 different nozzles?
AOBEN spray gun features 4 nozzle sizes (1.5mm/1.8mm/2.2 mm/2.6mm).
1.The 1.5 mm and 1.8 mm nozzles are great for thin paints like sealers and varnish types of paint.
2.The 2.2mm and 2.6mm nozzles are for thicker paints such as latex paint, chalk type paint and milk type paints.
Note:Thinning should be followed per the stain or paint manufacturer's guidelines.
How to clean the AOBEN 750W spray gun?
Use the appropriate cleaning solution (warm, soapy water for latex materials; mineral spirits for oil-based materials). Always check the back of the paint container for appropriate cleaning solution. Do not spray or clean with liquids having a flash point of less than 100ºF (38ºC), reference the paint can. Flash point is the temperature at which a fluid can produce enough vapor to ignite.
How to prevent the nozzles from clogging ?
Dilute the paint before using. and wash it immediately after painting. It comes with a cleaning brushes and a clogging needle to unclog any hardened paint left in the machine.
