Normal Heating Mode
Turn on the meachin enter "Normal Heating Mode" Left-handed encoder get lower temperature, trun to right get higher temperature, temperature range 200-450 degrees (with Temperature enhancement, highest temperature can up to 480 degrees). No operation for a while will enter "Sleep mode'temperature is 200 degrees Single digit decimal point display as the direction of "Sleep mode', shaking the handel(hundred decimal light) or Turn the encoder out of sleep mode.
If you don't operate anything during the "Sleep mode', it will enter "turn off" digital display 000. Turn the encoder get off "turn off" will heating normally. If wake up mode is 0 you can shake the handel get off "turn off"
Support hot swap, remove the tip after the digital tube display 500.
press encode 0.1-0.3 second during heating enter enhancement, (Ten decimal flashing) press the second time get normal.
0.3-0.8second enter "Sleep mode'( Single digit flashing) press it again or shake the handel back to "Normal Heating Mode"
Parameter settings:
Press encoder 0.8-2.5 second enter "parameter settings" There are 12 menus totally.P00,P01,P02,P03,P04,P05,P06,P07,P08,P09,P10,P11. Each menus shows 1.5 seconds,then show the corresponding parameter. during this time Left turn Reduced,right turn increased,press encode save the setting autmactically and show the next menu about 1.5 seconds,then show the corresponding parameter. and so on When the parameter is set for a while, return to normal heating mode.
Menus:
P00: Restore the default parameter (parameter P00 to 1 is to restore the default function, but if transferred to 2 and above then press the encoder will enter the menu (P02 and above); in any menu you can press the encoder more than 2.5 seconds to return to the menu P00;) you can press the encode one by one to set the parameter or you can choose the Specific menu jump betewen the menus,don't need to get off parameter set and re-enter
P01: op amp gain (200-350 times, step 1, default 230.)
P02: Operational amplifier offset voltage (0-250mV, step 2, default value of 100, it means keep the soldering iron head in room temperature operate amplifier voltage according to my measurement this voltage varies greatly with temperature, different magnification different voltage , if you do not how to measure it, please keep the default value)
P03: Thermocouple ℃/mV date (30-50,Step 1,default value is 40, it means how many degrees Thermocouple need to increase to let the voltage increase 1mV. please keep the default value
p04:Adjust temperature step (you can choose 0,1,2,5,10 degrees, 0 is locked the soldering iron temperature
P05: Sleeping time (long time no operate enter Sleeping,0-60min, 0 means Forbid Sleep
P06:Shut down time (0-180min,0-30 step 1, 30-180 step 10, 0 means Forbid Shut down )
P07: internal temperature correction (please keep the default 0, prohibit user settings)
P08: wake up mode (0,1, 0 means in the shutdown mode can be rotated the encoder or shake the handle to wake up, 1 only rotate the encoder wake up (Note: press the encoder can not wake up, can only rotate) )
P09: Increase temperature degree (20-100 degrees, the default value is 30 degrees not higher than the maximum temperature of 480 degrees) (normal heating state press the encoder 0.1-0.3 seconds enter the strengthen temperature , for a short time welding large solder joints)
P10: temperature enhancement time (default 10-250 seconds, default 30 seconds)
P11: automatically save the parameters and return to the heating mode effective time (4-60 seconds, the default 10 seconds)
