MECHANISM OF ACTION:
- Amoxicillin works by preventing the synthesis of Mcopeptides on the bacterial cell wall.
- Acts at a very early stage of bacterial replication, so Amoxicillin is often used in acute cases as a first-line treatment.
- AMOXISOL L.A is fast-acting and lasts a long time, only repeated after 48 hours when needed.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
- Pigs: Intramuscular injection at a dose of 1ml/10kg body weight, repeat after 48 hours if necessary.
- Shake well before using.
- If the dose exceeds 20 ml, it should be divided in half and injected at two different sites.
- The syringe used to withdraw the drug must be dry to avoid hydrolysis of the drug.

- Should not be administered intravenously and in the thoracic cavity.
