Comment Question & Answer

1. Q: I can't connect the camera to wifi.

A: This camera only supports 2.4Ghz network, do not support 5Ghz network, so if you want to connect it via wifi, please check your wifi network.

2. Q: The camera can't connect like the video shows

A: Please use the second way to connect it(AP Mode).
1> powered the camera, and press the reset button 1 sec to reset the camera to factory setting (it will sound " restore factory setting, please don't power off" )
2> then press the camera reset button 3 times(quickly and short), then it will change to ap mode.
3> click the iCSee app and find out the AP mode connect, then it will note you to connect, connect to the wifi named" robot_xxxx" and fill the password "1234567890" then it will connect, came back to iCSee App, you will see it connect to camera success.

3. Q: The camera wifi page didn't show anything, my network is 2.4ghz, but the camera can't connect it.

A: Please open the GPS service then the camera can auto setting, and you don't worry it, just first-time connect need open this service.

4: Q: The camera has a problem, can't work properly.
