Instructions:
Step 1: Clean and polish the physical surface.
Step 2: Heat the surface of the substrate until the temperature of the welding wire reaches the working temperature of 380°C~400°C. Therefore, the heat transfer welding wire of the parent metal can be used to form the weld. Flame should not be used when the surface temperature of the base metal is high enough. It flows well and penetrates into the metal capillary.
Step 3: When repairing thin aluminum, as long as the aluminum-based metal is heated to a suitable working temperature, then the steel wire is used to frictionally melt back and forth to form a weld. Only the wire melted with a metal brush can be welded at the weld.
Step 4: Use propane gas to weld objects, use industrial gas or induction heating device to heat and weld large objects, and cool down naturally after welding.
Life application:
Can be used for a variety of heat sources, such as propane, oxyacetylene, etc. Low-temperature aluminum welding wire can weld almost all white metals, including aluminum, aluminum, cast aluminum, aluminum alloy and the dissimilar welding between the above metals, even the white metal that is severely corroded or oily, and even the aluminum alloy that cannot be repaired can be repaired. It is suitable for omni-directional welding by primary welding operators. Only a small heating device is required. The welding strength after welding is generally higher than the strength of the base metal itself, and the gas welding operation can be understood.
