power induction heater, mainly used for heating and quenching of small ferrous metal
materials, with supporting 70mL or 150ml graphite crucible maximum temperature up
to 1600 degrees Celsius.Easily melt iron copper gold Silver and other metals.

use their own power supply to ensure that the power supply can stably output more
than 100A of current.

4. If conditional water cooling can be used, cold water can be directly discharged into the
hot waterwithout circulation, so that the heat dissipation effect is better;
5. For long-term use of crucibles, more crucibles should be prepared.
The high temperature heating of graphite will react with oxygen to generate carbon
dioxide and gradually consume thecrucible;
6. Pay attention to the changes of various parameters of the display at all times,
especially the voltage and current and the temperature of the main board. Once the
abnormality is found, thepower must be disconnected immediately.
