If you want to use 180° rotation, there are two conditions. 1.2x2 mode, which means you need 4 screens

Your input and output devices need to be no larger than 1080P@60HZ. If your output device is 4K, adjust it to 1080P

2 Why is there no sound?

Make sure your input and output devices are 1080, as our products have been updated with software that can support audio output to any type of TV.

3. Why doesn't the remote control work?

Please check that the resolution of your input and output devices is 1080P. It works well at 1080P resolution.

4. What if it doesn't work with 1x3 Portrait mode?

Adjust the resolution of the input and output devices to 1080P.
