303 stainless steel is austenitic easy-cut stainless acid-resistant steel. In order to improve the properties of steel, no more than 0.60% of molybdenum is added to the steel to resist ablation.
The mechanical properties of 303 stainless steel are that the tensile strength after annealing and stress relief is 515 MPa, the yield strength is 205 MPa, and the elongation is 40%. The standard hardness of stainless steel 303 is HRB 90-100, HRC 20-25, YUNSHUO Note: HRB100 = HRC22.9
303 is a free-cutting stainless steel containing sulfur and selenium, respectively, and is mainly used in applications requiring free-cutting and high surface finish. 303 stainless steel improves cutting performance and high temperature bonding performance. Suitable for automatic lathes, bolts and nuts
